JJM Loyalty points system

  • How does it work?
    For every dollar you spend, you will earn a JJM loyalty point that you can use as in-store money!
    For instance:
    $200 order=200 loyalty points
    20 Loyalty points=$1in store credit Your loyalty credits are automatically applied to your account whenever you make a purchase and is good for 6 months.  Loyalty credits are unlimited!
    A maximum of 50% worth of the order can be applied at one time.
  • Minimum purchase amount to apply: $200
  • Subject to change at any time

Receiving orders

  • To our valued members, we ensure that your medication is visible unopened.  To ensure that You, our valued customers, receive exactly what you have ordered, we would recommend you inspect/video film the parcel unopened.  If then an item is missing, as we are all human and make mistakes, please take a picture of both sides, email the pictures/video to us and we will readily and happily rectify the issue as soon as humanly possible.  🙂

Ordering / Purchases

  • How do I order?
    Register first, then sign in to your account.  You will be able to make a purchase.
  • Who is eligible to purchase?
    Anyone who is 19+.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    If your order is paid for before 1 pm PST, 2 pm CT and 4 pm EST, your order will be shipped out in approximately 1-3 (could be longer) business days.

Mail and Delivery

  • Am I allow to pick up my order?
    Yes, you can inform us that you’d like to pick up your package from the shipping depot.
  • How long will I have to wait for the order?
    Approximately 3-5 business day from when your order is processed. That being said it could take longer.
  • What do I do if I don’t received my order?
    Email us or call us first and we’ll ensure issues are fixed.
  • My tracking number does not work.
    Email us and we’ll investigate.

Payments and fees

  • How do I pay?
    After you make an order online and check out, send the payment (please see your invoice for the instruction).
  • What methods of payments do you accept?
    Interact e-transfer ONLY 
  • Is tax included in the order?
    Yes, taxes are included
  • What are the shipping fees?
    $20 below $250 and Free above that
